We wanted to equip an apartment for my mom and two sisters being away we wanted someone who could work as an extended hand for my sister and mom in India. We expected someone who does the job proactively, on time and meticulously without a lot of instructions from our side. Madhura was the right person for that. Regular updates were done via video calls. Overall, professional approach, end result as per requirements and use of digital communication made the experience pleasant! Ours is a 35 years old property it needs upgradation time to time.
We did the my parents bedroom in 2016, the 3D pictures really helped us to visiolize the design as we decided to only upgrade the wardrobe and reuse the some existing furniture. The fit finish came perfect even the new and old furniture was used in the room.
In 2019 we renovated the bathroom, it was a quick fix with change in WC and complete new tiling.
2023 was a time for total flooring upgrade painting and conversion of kitchen to new bedroom. Again NIA came out with precise design through 3D design which also helped ur to plan a office in constraint space.
NIA team helped us right from moment of existing furniture to complete rewiring, fiting of new fans lights etc. Kitchen trolley's plumbing all the fittings we done with many options which were provided by the NIA team. We also did POP for ceiling with lights which enhanced the look of rooms from many designs that were provided by the team. Madhura herself would come time to check on progress of the site would timely provide us the update. We had a hospitalized during same time but thanks to Madhura she never stopped the site work and had immense patience to deal with delay in our responses.
I also recommended NIA decor for my elder brothers house and they completed one of the bedroom in no time.
